What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Backups: Data in backup systems will be deleted within 90 days
  • Legal obligations: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)
  • Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Note: If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

Refund Terms

  • Partial refunds are available within 2 days after purchase
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment source used for the original purchase
  • No refunds will be issued after the 2-day window has passed

Note: Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
